CoachMate lessons can be found by selecting the Learn button under the book icon in your app.
Lessons are made up of easy-to-follow teachings on a theme aimed at helping you become a better coach - for example time management.
A collection of tips on the the theme will usually finish off the lesson.
Select the button at the bottom of the screen to advance the lesson.
Hit the back arrow top left if you want to return to a previous tip or teaching.
