Here's how to switch coaching programmes within the CoachMate app
- Select the settings icon (cog) in the top right then select My Teams
- Select the three dots dropdown menu on the team you wish to edit then select edit team
- Select coaching programme
- Available coaching programmes will appear, select the one you wish to switch to
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to switch, select change programme if sure
- Your newly selected programme will now have a tick icon on it
- Select the back arrow top left to return to main CoachMate app screen
